For Volcon, a leading eBike manufacturer, we developed a comprehensive mobile app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app connects to the bike's BLE features, enabling users to control operational aspects, monitor battery levels, access a compass and speed/rpm indicators, adjust drive mode, and view helpful videos for operation and maintenance.
For the web component, we created an interactive bike configuration tool. Users can view 3D models of the bike, select accessories, and visualize their personalized bike before saving the configuration for order placement.
These dual solutions significantly enhanced user experience. The mobile app provides crucial real-time data and control over the eBike's operation, enhancing safety and efficiency, while the web configuration tool allows users to create and order their ideal custom bike, boosting sales and customer satisfaction.
